guild wars vs tera combat system

i really like the true action combat system in tera. which works like hack and slay style attacking with mouse buttons i.e.. What i don´t like is the traditional way mmorpgs work as in wow, runes of magic etc. (tabbing the target and pressing 3 4 5 for skills)

Whats the combat system in guild wars 2 like? Is it more hack n slay based or is it more the traditional way?
