Any wilderness survival game out there?

I've been searching for a "wilderness" survival game in a long time now, without hope. I've seen many wilderness survival games, but they are all old and not my style.

My style is
Up to date (not a pixel game from 1986)
Good graphics (no pixel games, no terrible looking graphics)
No mass killing and huge gun fights, more like the movie "castaway" (dont have to be on an Island can be n a jungle or forrest ect.)
NO ZOMBIES!!
Crafting, item gathering, shelter building (not essential) and exploring.
