Installing Mods on Minecraft Vanilla

I recently purchased a Minecraft Vanilla Server hosted by mcprohosting, I was looking around and I found you're able to install 'SOME' mods (http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1484373-146147smpfihgus-command-mods-for-vanilla-server/) and I was wondering if someone could help me install them? I know how to install them if its not dedicated, but all I have 'admin' access to is my FTP for my server; (Picture: http://puu.sh/26Iex)
