Who owns the Homeworld IP?

So I read it was going up for auction April 1 but I can't figure out who got their hands on it? I know teampix was trying to get a hold of it but can't find if they succeeded or failed. Anyways for all I know THQ still has it but I was wondering if anyone knew who currently owned the IP?
